Shipping and Handling

Shipment of your order will occur within 10 business days from when the order was placed. If your item is on backorder, shipment will occur approximately 8 weeks from when the order was placed.
Once a shipping date is confirmed it will be shipped via FedEx, overnight priority with a signature required. Prior to shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a FedEx tracking number. Please use this to arrange to be present for delivery in order to provide a signature upon receipt. Please note that inclement weather may cause delays.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible.


We accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of delivery. All items must be returned timely, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
Altered products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

All returns will be subject a Quality Control assessment to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Carlo Weingrill will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Client. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control, Carlo Weingrill will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued to the purchasing customer on the original form of payment only after the item has been received and is determined to be in saleable condition.

If the item was received as a gift, it is only eligible for an exchange of equal or higher value.


Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to a rigorous quality control process before it is sent to our clients. Our carefully inspected jewelry is packaged with the utmost care for its travel to you. We encourage our clients to inspect each package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, you must contact info@carloweingrill.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

W s.r.l an Italian Company based in Padua, owner of the trade marks “CARLO WEINGRILL since 1879” (“Carlo Weingrill,” “us,” our” or “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy, which applies to all users of our Website and Service, is designed to explain the information we collect and how we use it to provide our services and give users a better experience (“Privacy Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in our Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Use.

Anonymous information

Aggregated Anonymous Information is the combination of your Anonymous Information with the Anonymous Information of other users (“Aggregated Anonymous Information”). Aggregated Anonymous Information does not allow you to be identified or contacted. We may share such Aggregated Anonymous Information with third parties.

Business transactions

In the future, we may share all or some of your Personal Information with any of our subsidiaries, joint venturers, or other companies under common control, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy.  Additionally, in the event we undergo a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. This Website is not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age.
